Marilyn Medén is pleased to have settled in Port Moody, City of the Arts, after having lived mainly in Toronto, Vancouver, and Hope.
In retirement from teaching, she has been able to explore her creative side, publishing a novel, writing poetry, and doing photography.  Her photography she describes as emphasising line, colour and composition.  One of her joys is being able to gift cards to friends, often slipping one of her bookmarks into the envelope.
Marilyn feels privileged to be part of the Blackberry Artistís Society.
At this time she has gift cards and framed prints for sale.  The cards [$6] often include a haiku poem.  The framed prints [$25] have an outside dimension of nine inches by eleven.
